Though the famously austere Shakers may have balked at the ornamentation, they would appreciate the simple, honest rabbet and dado joinery of the cabinet body in hard maple. The cabinet sides curve outward to ground the piece and accomodate a single drawer, ideal for a wallet or other easily misplaced get-out-the-door needs. Key pegs and drawer pull are turned from hard maple and walnut.
Due to natural variations in grain pattern and brush strokes, no two cabinets are exactly alike.
